Scope: : This Starbucks restaurant is located at the corner of F.M. Loop 1604 and Huebner Road, on the northwest side of San Antonio. The 1,900 sf building is situated on 0.7 acres of a 2 acre lot, with hardscape and utility improvements. MTR designed site improvements such as site grading, parking and drives, utilities, ADA improvements and public hardscape improvements within the F.M. 1604 ROW. MTR worked with the project architect and the extended design team during design, and also assisted with permitting and construction administration.
