Scope: : Located in Medina County, this single family residential project encompasses an area of approximately 490 acres and is being developed in multiple units over a number of years. As the primary engineer for the development, MTR’s scope of work has included site planning, platting, street and drainage design, traffic signage and marking layouts, water/gray water/ wastewater design, lift station design, multiple detention facilities, permitting, construction administration support, ect… In house design work and subdivision unit construction is ongoing and is expected to continue over the next 4 to 5 years.
