Patrick Heath Library:

Scope:  Patrick Heath Library is located on an approximate 15-acre tract within the City of Boerne at the intersection of Main Street (US Highway 87) and Johns Road.This project consisted of the design and construction of a public library, public roadway, parking facilities, storm water detention basin and vegetated storm water quality facilities. Services rendered by our firm also included: A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) and drainage analysis; design of public water and sanitary sewer mains; design of bio swales for storm water treatment; roadway design; and preparation of a site grading plan. MTR Engineers worked closely with the project Architect and the City of Boerne to ensure the success of this project.
