Liberte Ventura Subdivison

Scope:  This project encompasses a 304-acre tract that is primarily composed of single family residential subdivision units. MTR assisted in preparation of the land plan, the preparation of a Storm Water Management Plan, coordination with City of San Antonio for a Regional Storm Water Development Agreement, a Tree Preservation Plan, and a Water and Wastewater layout for the Master Development Plan. Construction plans were also developed for Units 11B, 11C and 12, which included street and drainage design, traffic signage and marking layout, water and wastewater design, floodplain reclamation, Tree Preservation Plans, and permitting. Additional work for Units 7, 8, 9 & 10 is ongoing.
