ESD #8 Fire Station

Scope:  :The newest Fire Station for ESD No. 8 is located on a 2 acre tract at the corner of Babcock Road and Cielo Vista Drive in Northwest San Antonio, and just finished construction in December 2020. Design and construction consisted of public water main utilities, private water and sewer services, parking and driveway improvements, modular block retaining walls, public drainage interceptors, driveway culverts, on-site detention, ADA improvements and Construction administration. Feasibility assessment, survey and platting were also required for this development. MTR worked closely with the project architect, other sub-consultants and the owners Project Manager to bring this project to a successful conclusion.
