Singing Hills Retail 3

Scope:  :These two retail buildings total approximately 18,700 sf and are located on a 3.1 Acre site within the Singing Hills Development, on the west side of Highway 281 north of San Antonio. Design scope of work for this project encompassed site grading, parking and drives, surface and underground drainage improvements, utility services, ADA accessibility improvements, public driveway and sidewalks, platting, permitting assistance and construction administration. Loading docks, vehicle accessibility between buildings and coordination with TxDOT for access to Highway 281 made this project particularly challenging and memorable.
