Lexus at Dominion

Scope:  : Located prominently on the IH-10 corridor in Northwest San Antonio, the new car sales and service facility is on 14.3 acres with a 74,000 sf two story building and various site improvements.  Aside from the challenges associated with platting adjacent to a TxDOT Highway, this project is also located over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone.  Along with working closely with the project architect and design team, MTR design scope of work encompassed parking and drives, public and private drainage improvements, site utilities, ADA accessibility improvements, water quality pond improvements, TxDOT coordination, platting, permitting assistance and construction administration.
