Stone Oak Alzheimer Facility

Scope:  : This facility is comprised of an approximately 37,600 sf building located on a 2.9 acre site on Huebner Road, just south of Blanco Road in North San Antonio. This site had several challenges, such as tree preservation and being located over the Edward Aquifer Recharge Zone. Coordinating with the project architect and design team, MTR prepared construction plans for the design of parking and drives, storm drainage, utilities, ADA improvements, Public driveway entrances and sidewalks, interior courtyard improvements and water quality pond improvements. Platting of the site was also performed by MTR, along with permitting assistance and construction administration.
