Singing Hills Professional Office Building

Scope:  :  Located on a 3.9 acre tract, this project consists of a professional office building catering to the medical profession. The 61,000 sf, 3 story building was recently completed in 2020, along with associated sitework improvements such as parking, drives, ADA amenities, etc.. Scope of work for the project encompassed design of site grading, hardscape improvements, storm drainage, utilities, ADA improvements. MTR working closely with the project architect during design and construction, providing other services such as construction administration, platting, and assistance with project permitting.
