Scope: The project is a 250-acre mixed use project containing commercial, retail, multifamily, and single family residential. The Preserve at Singing Hills is one of the largest phased multi-use projects in the Bulverde area. MTR was responsible for the platting of Units 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, consisting of approximately 335 lots. Scope of work included street and drainage design, traffic signage and marking layout, water and wastewater design, contributing zone plans, regional detention facilities and permitting. Construction administration support has also been provided, and is still ongoing. MTR looks forward to continued design work on this multi-use development for years to come.
